On December 4-5, at the Parliamentary Museum in Tokyo, the Parliamentarians for Global Action (PGA) held their 28th Annual Parliamentary Forum on Human Security ("The Consultative Assembly of Parliamentarians for the ICC and the Rule of Law, 4th Session"). Over 180 parliamentarians and governmental representatives from across the world attended the conference to discuss the topics of human security and the International Criminal Court (ICC). The conference was attended both by specialists and members of the general public.
